I have discovered that most people just want to exist and exit life without influencing their spheres and even beyond. They roll along with the crowd.

This is a Social Business, a People Business. People have erratic behaviors. If you can manage people, you are already in millions. Won't it be great to know who people really are? As you start your prospecting, you'll discover 4 categories of people according to Robert Kiyosaki (excerpt from our leadership training):

- People that are always RIGHT. They claim to know more than you know. They have been there and done that, and can give you 100 reasons why it will never work. They simply need some time to sip in the idea. So give them the breathing space. Refer them to a veteran in our club. This might work. But you may need to eventually show them your earnings before they finally say YES.

- People that are COMFORTABLE. They are not adventurous like you, even after showing them that no risk is involved. They prefer what they earn. They live the 40-year plan on their salaries. Yet they complain everywhere that things are hard. What do you do? These ones need a sustained push. Show them they are not alone in the business; it's team work. Again, you may need to give them space and show them your earnings later.

- People that are LIKED. They just follow people so as not to offend them. Even if they say yes to the opportunity, don't count on them; their roots aren't deep down yet. Another friend talks them out, and u see them completely changed. I wouldn't bank on these ones. They are overexcited about the idea, but do nothing. They need constant exposures and especially rallies, trainings to solidify their resolution.

- People that want to WIN. You just know them when you see them. They are ready to listen and learn and follow the training. They want to know more, they ask questions. They even encourage you in what you're doing. They dont settle for little, and are always on fire. They are thankful to you for showing them the opportunity. They are your trophies in this business. You just can't do without these ones; their YES is encouraging, after a few No's here and there. We all need them. They are around us and far away. Get them fast.

There are 4 categories of People in terms of Temperaments. You need to understand this because it'll also help you to relate to these people.

- The hard Choleric
- The soft Phlegmatic
- The dull Melancholic
- The excited Sanguine

Solution:
Soften d hard
Harden (challenge) d soft
Excite the dull
Dull (get real with) the excited😃
